United International University (Bengali: ইউনাইটেড আন্তর্জাতিক বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়) or (UIU) is a private university located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The university established in 2003 under the Private University Act.[1] It is established with the support of United group. The University Grants Commission approved the academic program of UIU on 10 October 2003 and the Government permission was granted on 2 June 2003.
