Starting in October 1990, Céline Dion's Unison Tour was a concert tour organised to support the album Unison.

At first Céline Dion toured Quebec. Unison Tour started in October 1990 in Drummondville, Quebec and ended on November 11, 1990 at the Saint-Denis Theatre, Montreal. On October 13, 1990 in Sherbrooke, Quebec Dion lost her voice for the second time (first time was during the Incognito tournée).
Later, she started the first leg of the Canadian Unison Tour. It lasted from February to April 1991. Regarding the second leg of the Canadian Unison Tour, between May 19, 1991 and August 4, 1991 Céline Dion gave 37 concerts in 25 different cities in Canada. She also performed on August 31, 1991 in Quebec City.

The 1991 show at the Winter Garden Theatre in Toronto, Canada was filmed and aired on television. Three songs from that concert: "Délivre-moi", "Have a Heart", and "Calling You" were included on the Unison home video.
On June 19, 1991 Céline Dion gave a special, sold out one night "Ten Year Career Concert" at the Montreal Forum, Canada (16,000 spectators). Dion was accompanied by the Montreal Symphony Orchestra.
