Unionville is a borough located in Centre County, Pennsylvania. It is part of the State College, Pennsylvania Metropolitan Statistical Area. As of the 2000 census, the borough had a total population of 313.

(40.90698, -77.87550)According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 0.3 square miles (0.7 km²), of which, 0.3 square miles (0.7 km²) of it is land and none of the area is covered with water.

As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 313 people, 119 households, and 91 families residing in the borough. The population density was 1,182.4 people per square mile (464.8/km²). There were 127 housing units at an average density of 479.8/sq mi (188.6/km²). The racial makeup of the borough was 98.08% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.32% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.64% from other races, and 0.96% from two or more races. 0.96% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
There were 119 households out of which 32.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.4% were married couples living together, 9.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.5% were non-families. 19.3% of all households were made up of individuals and 8.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.63 and the average family size was 2.97.
In the borough the population was spread out with 25.2% under the age of 18, 6.4% from 18 to 24, 31.6% from 25 to 44, 23.6% from 45 to 64, and 13.1% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 37 years. For every 100 females there were 87.4 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 87.2 males.
The median income for a household in the borough was $34,286, and the median income for a family was $39,250. Males had a median income of $28,125 versus $26,250 for females. The per capita income for the borough was $15,284. 13.5% of the population and 9.9% of families were below the poverty line. 19.5% of those under the age of 18 and 20.0% of those 65 and older were living below the poverty line.
