The Union County Academy for Allied Health Sciences (UCAAHS) is a full-time magnet public high school, located in Scotch Plains, New Jersey, United States.

This school is a career academy on the Union County Vocational Technical Schools Campus, which also includes the Academy for Information Technology and the Union County Magnet High School.

As of April 1, 2008, the school has discontinued its previous sequence of college courses, which would have led to an Associate's Degree from Union County College.

The Academy is dedicated to the education of students in the field of Allied Health Sciences, as part of the Union County Vocational Technical Schools. The school was founded September of 2005. Students occupy the new addition to Baxel Hall, while the remainder of Baxel Hall has been gutted and refurbished (no date of opening has been set). The building features state-of-the-art science laboratories, miniature medical center, 300-seat auditorium and new classrooms. As of 2007-08, the school has Freshman, Sophomore and Junior classes.
