The Union Bank of California Tower is a 15 story office building in Portland, Oregon. It stands at 268 Feet (82 Meters).[1]

The building was completed in 1969 by the firm of Anshen and Allen of San Francisco. It is an International-style building, with a strong presence on Broadway. The most prominent feature of the Union Bank of California are its exposed service cores, clad in grayish-green slate. It is said that the slate was quarried from the same area in Wales as the stone used in Stonehenge.[2]
