This article is about a Rugby organization. URBA can also refer to the URBA mass transport system.

The Buenos Aires Rugby Union (Spanish: Unión de Rugby de Buenos Aires), usually referred as URBA, is the governing body that organises and controls the rugby union in the Buenos Aires Province, Argentina, as well as the Buenos Aires Provincial Rugby Team for the national competitions of provinces of Argentina organised by the Unión Argentina de Rugby.

It is the most powerful of the provincial organisations of Argentina, providing more than half of the players of the Argentina national rugby union team. It also organises the Buenos Aires Rugby Union League, the most important league in Argentina, gathering 80 clubs of the provinces, with around 250 weekly matches including all the divisions.

The Buenos Aires team, the strongest within the provincial teams in Argentina, won 30 Campeonato Argentino provincial titles of the 59 played, being by far the team with most victories. It has also played several international matches, of which the following are the most important results of the last years:

The Buenos Aires League, usually called Torneo de la URBA, is played by clubs of the province since 1899. The most successful teams are Club Atlético San Isidro (CASI) and San Isidro Club (SIC) with 33 and 23 titles respectively. These are all the champions since then:
