This template should be inserted at the top of the talk page for articles which were (but are no longer) COTF.
Be sure to include:
- {{{1}}}: Starting date (month & day, month in three letter abbrev form)
- {{{2}}}: Ending date (month & day, month in three letter abbrev form)
- {{{3}}}: Year (four digit year)
