[edit] Institute of Technological Courses

I know the Institute is under the Faculty of Engineering, so I placed the courses under the Faculty's programs before I saw Technological Courses separated on the UST template. I don't know if it is possible or correct to propose a section merger to a non-existent page, or it is best to just provide a link to the main article later on [after the main article has been made].
