I'm not sure under what type of university UNNC belongs to. Is it public? From my understanding (which may very well be wrong) that seems the best fit. Maybe someone who understands the organisational matters of the establishment more will be able to affirm/correct what I've put down. —Liyang (talk) 01:32, 5 December 2007 (UTC)
