An online comic at www.nukees.com had Nuclear Engineering students eluded to Cal having a reactor. Is this true, or just a joke?--Commander Keane 15:13, 11 Feb 2005 (UTC)

There used to be a reactor in the space under Etcheverry and Soda, but that was dismantled a long time ago, as Berkeley is now a nuclear free zone. - mako 10:51, 19 February 2006 (UTC)
