University of Belgrade is part of the WikiProject Serbia, an attempt to build a comprehensive guide to Serbia on Wikipedia. I'm against the merge. The EE faculty @BGU has a very distinct part of the Univeristy. A lot more can be written about it.
University faculties do not warrant their own articles. I suggest that all articles are merged in to the main university of Belgrade one Ydam 15:00, 13 June 2006 (UTC)
- That might be the case with university faculties in the West. In Serbia, university faculties operate as largely independent units. They usually have their own, separate, buildings and conduct their own politics. Even classes shared between faculties (such as mathematics, sociology or English) are thaught fully independently. This is also the reason why there is no "Belgrade University of Law" "Novi Sad Technical University" - all the faculties in a city are under one university, and its faculty of (say) law has the role entire university would have in the West (until private universities started forming; I agree that their faculties in general are not notable enough to warrant separate articles). Any faculty of Belgrade University is more notable than any Belgrade highschool.

Image:Bguni.png is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page.
