Talk:Universal Service Administrative Company

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I reinserted the NECA reference. It's a verifiable and meaningful relationship.

http://www.neca.org/source/NECA_AboutUs_279.asp "NECA is authorized to establish a subsidiary to administer universal service. The subsidiary, Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) is incorporated in Delaware. NECA aids the FCC in establishing the two unaffiliated corporations, called the Schools and Libraries Corporation (SLC) and the Rural Health Care Corporation (RHCC). SLC contracts with NECA to perform many of the administrative duties associated with the schools and libraries program."
