I think this would be better merged in to the main scandal page and redirects created, since it is a stub, and I don't think that it's going to be much more than that. BoLingua 00:32, 28 January 2007 (UTC)

Assuming this page survives: is the point of this page to discuss the particular criminal case or to discuss the Supreme Court's appellate ruling in it? The page makes it sound like the case was originally held directly in SCOTUS, which is almost surely a misrepresentation. Rjmccall 20:21, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
