[edit] Administrative divisions
The administrative divisions should not link to the current Departments or sovereign states since they are in some cases completely different in layout and organization. just as former countries, these are former administrative divisions and should be treated as so.--((F3rn4nd0 ))(BLA BLA BLA) 21:58, 25 March 2007 (UTC)
