Scouting Wiki Project Union Internationale des Guides et Scouts d'Europe is part of the Scouting WikiProject, an effort to build a comprehensive and detailed guide to Scouting and Guiding on the Wikipedia. This includes but is not limited to boy and girl organizations, WAGGGS and WOSM organizations as well as those not so affiliated, country and region-specific topics, and anything else related to Scouting. All external links (except sources) should be in the Section "External links" (see Wikipedia:External links#How to link) and not in the article's text. But in this case the Spanish association is non-notable (see Wikipedia:Notability (organizations) - in discussion), so I don't think we should link its website. --jergen
