Can someone elaborate on what this would mean?

"Construction on that expansion is set to begin in 2006, which will also see the entire upper mezzanine become a fare-paid area"

Would passengers still be able to walk through the station from the GO Trains into the path system to get to Royal Plaza, TD Centre, etc?

The first paragraph notes: "It is located at 55 Front Street West between Bay Street and York Street below Union Station." Would it not be more correct to say "It is located at 55 Front Street West between Bay Street and York Street, below Front Street and immediately north of Union Station."?
