Note, that my translation of this term — "Uniform civil number" — is quite literal, and may not be the officially accepted one. In the external link (the one cited at the bottom of the article), it is translated as "Personal identification number" and refers to the same thing. --Cameltrader 16:05, 16 August 2006 (UTC)
