Actual name is "MTV NEWS: UnFiltered" Viewers across the country pitched story ideas to MTV News producers who then sent these amateur journalists video cameras and tapes to record their stories. These stories were about controversial events in the viewers' community that weren't being covered by traditional news outlets. Viewer/Reporters sent the raw footage they recorded to MTV for professional editing and preparation for broadcast. The episodes were hosted by Alison Stewart and Serena Altschul and contained 4 to 6 stories per show.[[Category:Wikify from {{{1}}}]]
