Uned 5 ("Unit 5") is a live teenage magazine show, broadcast weekly on Welsh channel S4C. The show is the channel's flagship youth magazine, and was first broadcast in September 1994. It has since undergone many changes to its format and presenting team.

The show is broadcast from a purpose built house in a studio in Caernarfon, and features celebrity guests, news items, lively chat, bands, sketches and filmed interviews. Despite the obvious ties to The Big Breakfast, the show originally had more in common with the BBC's Blue Peter, until it later relaunched and currently appeals to an older, teenage audience.

As of 2007, the show is broadcast weekly for 2 hours each Friday evening.

In its 13 years on air, Uned 5 has so far been fronted by 16 presenters (usually presenting in teams of 3).

All have gone on to present further shows on the channel and further afield, notably Rhodri Owen who became a reporter for the BBC travel show Holiday and Gethin Jones who went on to present Blue Peter.
Although presenters have come and gone quite frequently, with the presenting line-up being updated regularly, the main presenting teams over the show's 13 year history were:

  1. Gaynor Davies,Garmon Emyr and Nia Dafydd.
  2. Heledd Cynwal, Rhodri Owen and Nia Elin.
  3. Catrin Mai, Lowri Morgan and Bedwyr Rees (later Carwyn Jones).
  4. Lisa Gwilym, Gethin Jones and Gareth Owen.
  5. Llinos Lee, Mari Lovgreen and Rhydian Bowen Phillips (the current line-up).
