Understand is the 5th single from Melanie C's fourth solo album "This Time". The music video for this single is set to be shoot in early June 2008 in Toronto, Canada.
Melanie C is presenting an award at the MuchMusic Video Awards, on June, 15, and it was rumored she is making a performance of this song during the show.
An alternate (Stephen Hague edit) version of this song was reported as a release as a B-side with the previous single "This Time". But mistakenly the original version was released on the B-side. Infact it is credited as the alternate version (Stephen Hague edit)
