The Undergraduate Living Center or ULC is an apartment-style residence hall at Georgia Tech. It opened in 1992 as housing for the athletes and journalists at the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, GA as a part of the Olympic Village.[1]
The ULC originally cost $12,400,000 to construct and was designed by Cooper Carry.[2]
