[edit] Novel adaptation?
Wasn't this series based on a novel? I remember reading it and loving it although I never saw the series. Does anyone know which came first? Also, does anyone know whethere these series can be got on DVD? ThePeg 30.6.2006
- If you happened to have read the article on Maurice Gee you would have seen the novel listed there. I have added this information to the intro. Shoehorn 18:33, 30 June 2006 (UTC)
- Presume then that a link from the Maurice Gee page should be added, but would it be appropriate to do the link direct from the novel or as a sundry piece of information on his page? KevinCarmody 03:47, 2 July 2006 (UTC)
- Probably best to add an "Adaptations" section to the Gee article rather than propagate a new page. Given his popularity there are probably other adaptations. Shoehorn 07:11, 2 July 2006 (UTC)
- Should probably say, done that now. KevinCarmody 02:47, 12 July 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Answer to above question
The book was written first, and the series was adapted from the book by a different writer. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 218.101.90.62 (talk) 13:00, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
