Just saying that the cap that Frusciante is wearing is a ski cap misses the intent for it to look like an indigenous headwear.

Instead of editing the main page, I leave this for consideration, but do suggest that the article's lead sentence of the relevant paragraph be revised to read:

"Guitarist John Frusciante's playing is one of "Under the Bridge"'s most distinctive elements, recalling Jimi Hendrix's "Little Wing". An iconic image from the video features Frusciante playing a recurring, melodic guitar break on a turquoise-colored Fender Jaguar in the desert while wearing a ski cap reminiscent of new world indiano costume; later, a superimposed image of an intense tatoo in mesoamerican motif covering a man's back reinforces the indiano-themed art production element of the video."

Kiedis appears shirtless before the image of the tatoo is scene, giving the impression it is his tatoo--but since I do not know that for a fact, I omit a phrase such as "Kiedis' tatoo" or similar. If it is his tatoo perhaps the editing should reflect that. cOULD ANYBODY TELL WHAT KIND OF PANTS ARE JOHN FRUSCIANTE AND FLEA WEARING IN THE UNDER THE BRIDGE VIDEO??

"It has been noted" - re the actual bridge referred to in the lyrics and its possible appearance in a subsequent RHCP video. Should there not be a citation here? I dunno how to insert the query/link for this but I'd think it seriously needs to prompt someone in the know to source it. Or delete the claim until thats done. I remember seeing a video on YouTube where John Frusciante humorously noted that part of his guitar playing on this track is very similar to T-Rex's "Rip Off." I can't find the source anymore, nor know how to site it. Anyone else remember seeing this?

Well it obviously is a joke, and its certainly not necessary to put every single thing a band member says about a song on an encyclopedia page, so this should be removed. --LeakeyJee 03:35, 27 April 2007 (UTC)

The Bridge is obviosly in L.A., it makes refrence to the city of Angels and to Downtown!! The article says, Mr. Keidis has not disclosed the Actual location but we can assume its in L.A. somewhere! due to the songs statements.--Redspork02 19:58, 27 September 2007 (UTC)
