This is a documentation subpage for Template:Uncategorized template (see that page for the template itself).
It contains usage information, categories and other content that is not part of the original template page.

This template adds tagged templates to Category:Wikipedia uncategorized templates. Do not introduce any newlines to the template. The easiest way is to paste <noinclude>{{uncategorized template}}</noinclude> into the first line without pressing your enter key. If the template already uses <noinclude>, then you may paste {{uncategorized template}} inside.

Please browse Category:Wikipedia templates' subcategories for suitable categories, categorize the template when one found, and then remove the tag.
