This is the {{unanswered}} template.

This message box can be used on talk pages to call attention to sections that needs attention. For instance sections further up the talk page that are overlooked by other editors or urgent matters that needs to be handled.

This message box can also be used by users who are not logged in, and thus can not edit semi-protected pages, to request that other editors update the article. (An alternative is of course to get an account and then do the edit yourself some days later.)
