UN Security Council Resolution 1803 Adopted On March 3, 2008, with 14 votes in favor to none against and with 1 abstention Indonesia ,the UN Security Council, acting under Article 41 of Chapter 7 of the United Nations Charter «regarding binding measures not involving armed» Resolution 1803, requires Iran to suspend all uranium enrichment, regardless of its location in Iran, as well as research and development associated with centrifuges and uranium enrichment. Although the IAEA has not reported on any ongoing reprocessing activities in Iran
