UMTV is a British radio and television production company set up by Chris Evans in 2002.

The Directors are Chris Evans, Executive Producer and Writer; Clare Barton, Joint Managing Director/Head of Production; Chris Gillett, Joint Managing Director/Head of Operations and Helen Wright, Financial Director.

The company's TV shows have met with a mixed reception, with several being severely panned by critics. They include The Terry and Gaby Show (Five), Johnny Vegas: 18 Stone of Idiot (Channel 4/E4), OFI Sunday (ITV1), Live With Christian O'Connell and Live With Chris Moyles (Five) and School of Hard Knocks (4 Learning).
