The University of Missouri–St. Louis Triton athletic programs compete in the NCAA Division II Great Lakes Valley Conference.

Athletic activities for students, including intercollegiate athletics, campus recreation, and intramurals, support the University of Missouri–St. Louis's mission to educate the whole person.
