What can be done to cleanup this page and make it into a resources that adheres to the Wikipedia standard?

- More information about the history (for example) of the company, and less about its products/services etc. Evidence of the company's notability is essential (see Wikipedia:Notability (companies and corporations). All facts should have some citation - e.g. provide a reference to some external website that discusses the company. Ideally this should be in addition to the company's own website.
