Okay, what's wrong? I began work on this page an hour ago and someone came along and reverted my efforts.67.101.45.86 23:44, 25 April 2007 (UTC)

There were a number of issues with the paragraph on the "Webb Act". First, Webb never served in the State Assembly (he was Attorney General at the time this paragraph says he served in the Assembly). Second, the "Export Trade Associations Act" (also known as the Webb-Pomerene Act) was a Federal law. Attorney General Webb did enforce it, but state Attorney Generals do not write a federal law. The article [California Alien Land Law of 1913] is also incorrect.
