As per Wikipedia talk:Copyrights#Old Book Covers: as best as I can tell, because the specific edition of the book from which the image of this cover is taken was published in 1922, it has fallen into Public Domain in the US and because James Joyce died over 70 years ago, it has fallen into Public Domain in many other countries as well. Since the scan of a book cover can hardly be construed as "original" or "creative" (I think Bridgeman Art Library v. Corel Corp. applies here), this book cover should be tagged as Template:PD-old-70, which I have now done. Telso 05:42, 4 October 2005 (UTC)
