Ultraman Mebius & Ultra Brothers (ウルトラマンメビウス&ウルトラ兄弟 Urutoraman Mebiusu ando Urutora Kyōdai?) is Ultraman Mebius theatrical film adaptation, was released in Japan on September 16th, 2006. It is the 10th original film series in the Ultraman franchise, it also celebrates the 40th anniversary of the franchise. The movie peaked at 3rd in the Japanese box offices. [1]

20 years ago in Japan, the Ultra brothers were fighting a deadly foe. The brothers were able to defeat the monster after a long and harsh battle. However, to seal the creature away they were forced to give up the ability to transform, and took up jobs to be in the area in case the monster returned.
Sure enough, 20 years later the monster is risen from the sea again by alien allied forces, and Mebius calls on the help of the Ultra brothers.

- Mirai Hibino (ヒビノ ミライ Hibino Mirai?) - He is Ultraman Mebius's human form. The main character and a member of GUYS. 18 years old.
- Hayata (ハヤタ Hayata?) - He is Ultraman's host. A real name is Shin Hayata (ハヤタ・シン Hayata Shin?). After change becomes impossible, he works as the airport administrator of the Kobe airport.
- Dan Moroboshi (モロボシ・ダン Moroboshi Dan?) - He is Ultraseven's human form. After change becomes impossible, he works as the owner of a stock farm in Kobe City.
- Hideki Go (郷 秀樹 Gō Hideki?) - He is Ultraman Jack's host. After change becomes impossible, he is instructing boy racers of a circuit of Kobe City.
- Seiji Hokuto (北斗 星司 Hokuto Seiji?) - He is Ultraman Ace's host. After change becomes impossible, he works as the chef in the hotel of Kobe City.
- Aya Jinguji (ジングウジ・アヤ Jingūji Aya?) - She is the genius oceanographer who acquired the license of GUYS at the age of 14. She is Takato's elder sister and Supreme Chancellor Takenaka's granddaughter. She is absorbed as a hostage by U-Killersaurus・Neo. 22 years old.
- Takato Jinguji (ジングウジ・タカト Jingūji Takato?) - He is Aya's younger brother and Supreme Chancellor Takenaka's grandson who aimed at becoming the member of GUYS. When he was attacked by Kelbeam, he was not able to go to help a pet dog named Alto. And it became a trauma and shut the mind. 7 years old.

- Ultraman's face in the film is not the final version from the original series which has been used before this movie and after. It is a redesign meant to resemble the rough first mask from the early episodes of the original series. This redesign is not used in the Ultraman Mebius TV cameo.
- Hiroko Sakurai (Akiko Fuji), Yuriko Hishimi (Anne Yuri), Rumi Sekikabara (Akiko Sakata), Shunsuke Ikeda (Takeshi Minami) and Mitsuko Hoshi (Yuko Minami) appears in archive footages from this respectives TV Series in the movie.
- Instead of this, Hiroko Sakurai, Yuriko Hishimi, Shunsuke Ikeda and Mitsuko Hoshi appears in the Ultraman 40 years' party in the end of the movie as themselves.
- During the opening fight scene, you can barely hear Godzilla's roar.
- The voice of Alien Nackle is Ryūsei Nakao, who also provided the voice of Freeza in Dragon Ball Z, also the voice of Alien Temperor is Daisuke Gōri who provided the voice of Mr. Satan (Both Japanese version only).
