Ultimate Electronics is a chain of consumer electronics stores in Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. They incorporated in the state of Delaware and their principal offices reside in Thornton, Colorado. The company filed for bankruptcy in 2005 and emerged from bankruptcy privately owned. Mark Wattles, chairman and CEO was the creator of Hollywood Video, the video rental giant.
