-A scaled image of the image is used in Silver Surfer in order to illustrate the Ultimate Marvel incarnation of the comic book character.

-The image is used for advertising purposes and hence it is viewable for the public.

-The image resolution has been reduced for use in the article but it has not damaged the accuracy of the actual image.

-The image is not replaceable by a free content image because the comic book covers are all owned by Marvel Comics.

-The specific image used is obtained from Ultimate Fantastic Four #42 which details the first appearance of the comic book character within the Marvel universe hence it is the best image possible for this sub-section.
