Ulrich Winkler (born January 4, 1984 in Munich, Germany) is an American football defensive end for the Tennessee Titans of the National Football League.

As German, Winkler has no experience in high school football or college football. After playing amateur football in Germany from 1999 to 2004 for the Munich Cowboys, he was signed by the Rhein Fire in 2005 and played three seasons for Frankfurt Galaxy, recording 20 tackles and 4.5 sacks in 2007.

Winkler was selected for the NFL International Development Practice Squad Program and practised in 2006 in the Cleveland Browns practise squad.

He was signed in 2007 by the Titans. In a 2007 preseason game against Washington, he scored a sack.[1][2] After spending the 2007 season on the Titans' practice squad, they have signed him for 2008.[3]
