The Chinese Elm Ulmus parvifolia cultivar 'Glory' is one of the early American selections, best known for its winter hardiness. In trials at Holt, Missouri, by the Arborvillage nursery, it was found to be cold-hardy to - 29 deg. Celsius. The tree featured in the elm trials [1] conducted by Northern Arizona University at Holbrook. 'Glory' is not known to have been introduced to Europe or Australasia.
