The Chinese Elm Ulmus parvifolia Jacq. cultivar 'Dwarf Weeper' was listed in the Arborvillage Nursery (ceased trading in 2006) Holt, Missouri, catalogue of 2005-6, and described as "a strongly weeping little plant growing 7 ft (2.2 m) perhaps after many years. Discovered in western Illinois garden..." The tree is not known to have been introduced to Australasia.
