The Wych Elm Ulmus glabra cultivar 'Insularis' was described by Nilsson in Lustgarten 30: 127. 1949, as f. insularis, having a crown rounded elongate-ovoid, and dense, sub-erect branches [1]. It is not known whether the tree remains in cultivation.
