The Wych Elm Ulmus glabra cultivar 'Albo-Variegata' was first mentioned by Weston (Bot. Univ. 1 : 315) in 1770 as U. glabra var. variegata. Described as having leaves striped with white, it is probably no longer in cultivation [1].
