Ulceby

The village of Ulceby is a quite country side village surounded by feilds, forests, farms and other near by villages such as Kirmington, Wooton and Keelby. A 2001 census determined that the village had a population of 1,500 in 628 households, but since the village has grown in 2008 the population is thought to be around the figure of 2,900. The North Lincolnshire village of Ulceby (Lat: 53:37N, Lon:0:19W) is situated on the eastern side of North Lincolnshire roughly equidistant from Grimsby and Scunthorpe. Ulceby was also home to the infamous 'U.D.C' (Ulceby Darkside Crew) created in 2005. The group consisted of mainly 4 rebelious teenagers who set out cause trouble such as violence, criminal damage, theft, graffiti and breaking entry. Since late 2007, the group has not been heard of or reconised. Dispite this crime is basicly non-existant in the village.
