Ulbroka is a village in Riga district, Latvia. It is the center of Stopini parish, and is located near to the Latvian capital, Rīga. The village is crossed by two first category roads Rīga-Ērgļi (P4) and Rīga-Ogre (P5). In 2000 there were 2701 inhabitants.
