Ulan-Ude Aviation Plant (UUAZ, Russian: Улан-Удэнский авиационный завод) is a factory in Russia, specializing in aircraft manufacturing. Based in Ulan-Ude, Buryatia.

Founded in 1939 for repair services of I-16 fighters and SB bombers.

As of 2007 is producing primary helicopters, Mi-8Т, Mi-171, Ми-171Sh

Also it is producing military airplanes Su-25UB and Su-39.
