I removed this section as it seems to really add nothing to the section.

Before Download Server 5 was introduced in February 2004, free-account users could only download from 8pm for 1.7 gigabytes of downloads for around only an hour or until they used all the gigabytes.

I removed the pricing information from this section as it's possible that prices may change and lead to confusion. The web page itself is probably the best source of that kind of information.
