Category talk:Ukrainian politicians before 1991

This category aimes to:

unload the Category:Ukrainian people a bit
make a place for figures like Konovalets and Kubiyovych who are neither modern UA politicians (e.g. Kuchma) nor politicians of any country except "short-lived Ukrainian states".
