Česky: Vlajka města Uherský Brod, okres Uherské Hradiště. List tvoří vodorovné bílé a červené zubaté pole se šesti obdélníkovými zuby a pěti polovičními čtvercovými mezerami. V bílém poli bílo–červeně šachovaná orlice se žlutou zbrojí, v dolním červeném poli žlutý ležící lev.
