Ugly/Heartless is the first full-length from the Houston band The Jonbenet. It was released on August 8th, 2006 by Pluto Records. The album was recorded live in downtown Houston at Clark's / Johnny Killed Rock N' Roll Studios by Chris Ryan & Eric Faucette.

- The album's cover is a photo taken by Dann Miller of the floor in their practice space.
- The video for "Why We're Dead" was filmed to re-enact the recording of the album. All positions are accurate and the band even re-recorded the track live again for the video.
- Several of the tracks on the album are first-takes.
