Ugly Americans: The True Story of the Ivy League Cowboys Who Raided the Asian Markets for Millions is a book by Ben Mezrich recounts the exploits of an American called John Malcolm who was an assistant securities trader to Nick Leeson, the trader who lost around 2 billion dollars and brought down Barings Bank in the early nineties.
Names and details about the characters have been changed to protect their anonymity. The book mentions, however, that Malcolm set a record for most receiving yards in a football game while playing for Princeton University. In 1991 a Princeton football player Michael Lerch set such a record.[1]
