UGA can refer to several things:

- "Ultra Graphics Array", more commonly called "Ultra eXtended Graphics Array" or UXGA
- "Urban Growth Area"
- "United Game Artists" (UGA, known as SEGA AM9 until 2000), a second-party developer of computer and video games for SEGA. They released three games for the SEGA Dreamcast before merging with Sonic Team in 2003.
- Universal Graphics Adapter, the replacement for the VGA standard as part of the EFI 1.10 specification. (obsolete in current EFI revision)
- "Opal" stop codon (using the code UGA), one of the three stop codons within genetic code; used during the manufacture of protein
- User Global Area, a region of computer memory within Oracle Database software, used for user sessions
