Ultimate Fight Night was a mixed martial arts event held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship on August 6, 2005. The event took place at Cox Pavilion in Las Vegas, Nevada and was broadcast live on Spike TV in the United States and Canada. The telecast drew a 1.5 overall rating in the United States.

Fickett defeats Neer by technical submission (rear naked choke) at 1:35 of round one. This bout was not aired on the broadcast.
Florian defeats Karalexis by technical knockout (doctor stoppage) at 2:52 of round two. This bout was not aired on the broadcast.
Swick defeats Ray by technical knockout (strikes) at :22 in round one. The bout, although preliminary, was aired on the broadcast.

Koscheck defeats Spratt by submission (rear naked choke) at 1:53 of round one.
Quarry defeats Sell by technical knockout (strikes) at :42 of round one. The referee's stoppage was considered premature by many, and was answered with a chorus of boos from the audience.

Over two years later at UFC Fight Night 11 on September 19, 2007 the two would fight a rematch which Quarry would win by KO at 0:44 of round three.

Bonnar defeats Hoger by unanimous decision.
Leben defeats Cote by split decision.
In the main event of the evening, Nathan Marquardt defeated Ivan Salaverry by unanimous decision.
