UFC Fight Night 12 was a mixed martial arts (MMA) event held by the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) on January 23, 2008 at The Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada.[1] The main event featured former The Ultimate Fighter contestants Mike Swick and Josh Burkman in a welterweight matchup.[2] This event was Swick's debut at welterweight, as he had been competing at middleweight prior to the show.[2]

- Swick defeated Burkman via majority decision. The judges scored the bout 29-28, 29-28, and 29-29 in favor of Swick.[3]
- Middleweight bout: Drew McFedries vs. Patrick Côté
- Côté defeated McFedries via TKO (strikes) at 1:44 of the 1st round.
- Lightweight bout: Thiago Tavares vs. Michihiro Omigawa
- Taraves defeated Omigawa via unanimous decision. The judges scored the bout 30-27, 29-28, and 30-27 in favor of Tavares.[3]
- Lightweight bout: Alvin Robinson vs. Nate Diaz
- Diaz defeated Robinson via submission (triangle choke) at 3:39 of the 1st round.

- Maynard defeated Siver via unanimous decision. Judges scored the bout 29-28, 29-28, 30-27 in favor of Maynard.[4]
